We found our boring car park had something fun right behind it - an impressive open air swimming pool complex "Bambados" with pools, slides, jaccuzzi, table tennis and more. A fantastic place and only cost us £8 entry for all 3 of us. The only downside was a group of shifty looking algerians who were probably on the look out for bags and mobiles. Spent the heat of the day dipping in and out of the pools and managed 600m.

After tea cycled into the centre again, back to the festival to watch a blues band.

Extreme heat is on its way next week (38 in Paris) May have to check into an air conditioned hotel at some point.
