Had a nice breakfast in the boutique hotel and then headed off North East to Natural Bridges National Monument.  Decided against going via an unsaved 3 mile road with 10% inclines and switchbacks.

Natural bridges has 3 rock arches, one of which is the second largest in the world.  We hiked a mile down to that one, including staircases, ladders made of logs and steps cut into the stone.  The view at the bottom was stunning.  Then hiked a short distance down to another which was only 8 feet thick at the top.

Drove a couple of hours to Moab which is the base for a lot of the adventure activities in Eastern Utah.  Checked into our campsite (OK, but no great views) and are planning on doing Canyonlands and Dead Horse Parks tomorrow.
