Had a quick walk around Seligman with its souvenir shops and 1950s cars (most very rusty).  You feel you should go into each shop and buy something to keep them going, but you can't.  Drove a nice road to Flagstaff which is a very pretty town with a laid-back, 'green' feel.  Wandered around old downtown and watched huge freight trains pass through town - one had 180 containers on 90 flat bed trucks.  Then up to Buffalo Park for a 2 mile walk through pine trees with views of Arizona's highest peak.  Think we saw Mo Farah training (and he is definitely in the area).  Had a quick lunch at Denny's (new favourite) and then drove up to Arizona Bowl (9,000 feet) to watch people coming down the ski runs.  Motel for the night in Flagstaff. Popped into town to try one of the micro-breweries - excellent beer and pizza in Motherroad Brewery.
