Woke to another glorious morning and went for an early walk on the almost deserted beach. The a short drive to the nearest ALDI to stock up and try to find a bin for our rubbish - Ireland has removed all bins to force people to take their rubbish home. Drove on across a pass to Glengariff and took the small boat out to Garinish Island which was planted with exotic trees and buses about 100 years ago. Lovely to walk around with spectacular views.  Back on the boat (passing some seals) and then drove onto the Ring of Beara which is Ireland’s “third” peninsula. Found an isolated parking area on a pebble beach overlooking the sea. Beautiful.
