Slept in until 11 - driving and walking have caught up with us.

Drove through hills to the old Saxon town of Viscri. There are a string of fortified church towns which were started in 12th century. Climbed the church tower up some steep steps and walked the cobbled streets.

King Charles has a house in the village but not sure if he has ever stayed there.

A nice spot in the car park for the night with a view of the church.
