Nice not to have driven for a day but back on the road for a half an hour (finally saw some sheep whilst driving through Bran) to the Bear Sanctuary. Had an interesting walk around the sanctuary, seeing lots of rescued bears and hearing their stories. Zoe adopted one (Alpina) for a year.

A short drive on to Brasov which is a beautiful old town surrounded by the usual urban sprawl. Unfortunately the gondola up the mountain was closed but we had a meal in the centre and enjoyed some more Romanian singing.

Our stop for the night was in an industrial area but had all the facilities plus washing machine!
