Morning coffee with a sunny sea view then stocked up on food (last time in a UK supermarket). Took the slow road to Dover hugging the coastline via Hastings, the vineyards near Winchelsea, Rye, Camber Sands and a very bleak Dungeness where we had a short walk - places we're curious to see.

Parked up at the White Cliffs National Trust car park and walked a mile or so (great birds eye view of the ferry terminal), then drove down to the marina for some D-Day celebrations - a Lindy hop performance and 40s bands.

An overnight park up on the marina for £13.
