Started off with a walk through Little Poland near the Motorhome and then caught the ferry two stops to 34th street. Ambled inland via the Chrysler building and Grand Central Station, ending up at NYC Library for a tour.

Impressive rooms and very old style book retrieval system but quaint.

Walked to Ellie’s Broadway Diner for late lunch. They have singing waiters who are broadway performers currently looking for jobs. Some good singers but not great food.

Then decided to walk 25 blocks to the High Line for sunset. They’ve repurposed an old elevated railway into a green walking path, 2 stories above the roads. A lovely walk with the backdrop of lit up buildings.

Finally a couple of subway trains back to the Motorhome after 23,000 steps today.
