Woke to blue skies which were strangely hazy (we were later told this was due to a wildfire 60 miles away in Lethbridge). Made our way to the "Peace Park" border crossing and we were allowed back in to USA by pleasant border control - no interrogation this time. Entered Glacier National Park at St Mary's Lake but were disappointed that anything over 21' was not allowed down the road to the Glacier, only as far as the Rising Sun Point 6 miles down the road. Decided to drive to the Many Glacier instead and were rewarded by stunning views. Did a lovely 2 mile round trip hike to Lake Josephine and saw a deer and a moose then relaxed on the hotel veranda with a drink. Finally drove back to St Mary's for a relaxing boat trip to the end of the lake. Very informative guide again. Got to the Campsite and had leftovers for dinner.
