Picked up some electric bikes from the center of Banff and did the 16 mile ride to Johnston Canyon (they close the road to cars for a couple of months in spring to let the animals forage). Passed Vermillion Lakes, the Bow river and saw some bighorn sheep and deer en route. Did a 3 mile hike to the waterfalls then 16 miles back on the bikes. Exhausted so had a pie in the Irish pub on our return.
