A nice night at Cape Lookout park and we drove to Cape Mears (named after an English fur trader) to see the diddy lighthouse and candelabra Sitka pine tree.

Then onto to Tillamook to visit the cheese/ice cream factory.  A locally owned factory where we had nice ice cream and some pizza and then did a self guided tour of the factory - fascinating to see the cheese made and then packaged.

North to Cannon Beach for a walk to Haystack Rock and some nice beach front properties.  Decided to try iOverlander parking for the night and found a lay-by on 101 with views over the ocean and Cannon Beach - let’s see how the night turns out.
