Whilst packing up the motorhome, we saw a chipmunk and a hummingbird - small animals are nice. Drove north looking for petrol and stopped at Cape Blanco to look at the lighthouse (2nd most western point in mainland USA) and then the Bandon State Park loop which had a nice beach and seals/sae lions which were nursing young pups near the beach. Walked the headland and saw puffins and other seabirds nesting on Elephant rock and other offshore rocks.

On to Cape Arago park where we looked over the sea to loads of seals and sealions - people were looking for Orcas which have been in the area hinting young seal pups. Enjoyed some warm sunshine on the headland and then drove 5 minutes to our campsite at Sunset Bay State Park. Sat on the beach watching the sunset and feeling the temperatures plunge - we're not used to colder weather.
