Left Dartmouth and drove for 3 hours through forests, passing towns called Stewiacke and Pugwash.

Stopped at magnetic hill - a bizarre optical illusion making you think you're rolling up a hill.

Then to Moncton Bore Park as there was another tidal bore in the late afternoon and we thought we may as well watch as we were passing.

After noticing a strange smell of ammonia we lifted the car bonnet and there was the mouse. There followed stops at Home Depot and Walmart for mouse traps. We need to get rid of it before it starts gnawing at wires and causing all sorts of trouble.

Final destination was a golf course. A free stop for the night on the Harvest Hosts App. Normally you stay on a farm and buy produce in exchange for a free night but not sure what we're supposed to buy at a golf course when it's too dark for a round of golf!

Spent the evening setting mouse traps in the engine (in the rain) and sprinkling peppermint oil inside the motorhome as a deterrent.
