Started off by going to see the Tabernacle Choir sing at Temple Square.  360 choristers and a full orchestra - very impressive.  Then had a short guided tour of the square from two very earnest "sisters" of church of LDS.  Got a free copy of the Book Of Mormon.  Also looked at Brigham Young's house.  The shops in the centre were all closed on a Sunday - nice to remember what the UK used to be like on Sundays.

Then had a look round a mall in southern SLC - a lot of the same shops as the UK.

Drove up to Snowbird Ski resort for a short hike.  The paths were still covered in snow and a few skiers still on the slopes in mid-May.

Lastly across to Great Salt Lake - a weird place that should be a tourist draw but is too salty and flat to be good for much other than boating.

Managed to find a Dunkin Donuts for a sugar fix.

Picked up Steph from the airport after she had a mad dash across San Francisco to connect flights.
