Had a leisurely start and a warm goodbye from the dogs.

Drove for about 3.5 hours to Cluj Napoca which is the 2nd biggest city in Romania. A big motorway project is carving up a lot of the countryside en route sadly. Cycled into the old town and wandered around the churches and university buildings, stopping for a snack and ice cream.

Drove about 10km south of the city to a hill side overlooking Cluj for the night. Seems to be lots of cars coming and going but hopefully it will die down.
