As soon as the weather settled (1pm) set off on a bike ride around the Trégastel headland which was really interesting. Pretty beaches flanked by pink granite boulders to clamber over. Some were huge and very precariously positioned. Tried a traditional Breton ice cream which turned out to contain bits of seaweed. It became very blustery so we called it a day at 5.30. tomorrow we hope to finally see the area at high tide !!

Came back to the news that Sammie's launching her girls surfing business sideline in 4 days. With Stephanie getting her parliament pass and managing several staff and Henry sharing a stage with some top West End performers it's great to know the kids are thriving.
