Rain woke us early so bade farewell to the storks and we were in Fussen by 10.30.  Whilst there thought it would be rude not to take a walk up to Neuschweinstein Castle so did a 2.5 hour round trip for some magnificent views (keep forgetting to visit these places after 6pm when coach parties are safely tucked into their hotels).  

28° again today so went to the lake to lie in the shade of the tree. Later cycled through the old town and after a bite to eat in the sweltering motorhome, cycled back to the lake and a most beautiful view - very peaceful with no-one around.  Stayed there til sunset watching the swifts.
