Caught the train into Munich and did a tour of the Old Town. Lots of interesting building and then went into the Residenz which was the palace complex of the old Kings of Bavaria. Lots of the rooms/contents were marked as not original because they were destroyed in bombing in WW2. Then got postcards and stamps and a snack in a café. Then back to the OktoberFest for some more traditional Bavarian music (dancers and alpine horns) and some more beer and food. Back to the increasingly busy campsite to prepare for an early departure tomorrow.
