Woke up at Tina and Sandy’s to the sad news that their friend (who we’d met 4 days ago) had died suddenly overnight. Reminded us that what we are doing is right- live life while you can.

Tina gave us lift to Charlotte airport where we caught our 3 hour flight to Dallas. Picked up a car from Avis - meant to have a small car but they messed up and gave us an electric Ford F150 truck.

Drove to our 2 star hotel near the stadium and spent time wandering the fan park before entering and finding our good seats.

Watched numerous displays by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders but the football team couldn’t match them and lost heavily to the Houston Texans.

A great experience in a very loud stadium.
