Started off with a 1.5 mile walk around Poinsett State Park. A calm lake, turtles sunbathing and deer. Despite the warning sign about Alligators, didn’t see any.

Then on to Congagee National Park. It’s a

Flood plane forest with loads of trees all accessed via a boardwalk. Not much wildlife but interesting nonetheless.
