Woke early to do a last bit of washing. Then took the Bison to the container port. Donned high viz jackets and were escorted past containers stacked high to the shipping handler. Shipping has been further delayed to Saturday, hopefully for the last time. Said bye to the Bison after parking it and copious spraying with insect repellent. Drove the hire car to Halifax waterfront and walked the length of it just as we did on day 1 of this adventure. Sat and watched various watercraft, had a cows ice cream (birthplace of Tron), a donut and then had a meal at Montana's before a last visit to Walmart. Drove the hire car back to the airport for 7.30, with 4 hours to wait before the flight.
The airport was quiet, we had a spare seat in our row snd the flight only took five and a quarter hours to get to Gatwick. Only 4 hours behind so shouldn't have too much jetlag.
